Generally, no. As most cats are between 6-12 lbs, it is recommended to give one dose of Dr. Jones' Ultimate Feline Health Formula regardless of weight.

That being said, if your cat is not an exotic large breed and is above the average weight, do what you can to reduce your cat's weight.
